Tynkr Tools & Co sells digital products including Notion templates, Excel workbooks, and Google Sheets workbooks. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not issue refunds once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or duplicated. This applies to all products sold through our Etsy shop, Lemon Squeezy store, and builtbyjoshstudio.com.
This policy is consistent with standard digital product practices and is disclosed at the point of purchase.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your product — such as a broken download link, a file that won't open, or a Notion template that won't duplicate — contact us at tynkrtoolsco@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly. Technical issues are always addressed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the laws of your country or region, contact us at tynkrtoolsco@gmail.com and we will review your request.
Free Products
Free lite versions and lead magnets distributed through Lemon Squeezy are provided at no cost. No charges are applied and no refunds are applicable.
