These terms apply to all digital products sold under the Tynkr Tools & Co and Built By Josh Studio brands, including Creator OS Notion templates, consumer financial workbooks, zodiac art prints, and any free lite versions or lead magnets.

This site and its associated brands (Tynkr Tools & Co, Built By Josh Studio) are operated by Built by Josh Studio LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (Kansas Business ID 10076138) with its principal office in Kansas. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Built by Josh Studio LLC.
License Grant
All Tynkr Tools & Co products are licensed — not sold — for individual use only. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

You may use our products for your own personal or business planning and management. You may modify templates and workbooks for your own workflow. You may print workbook pages for your own reference.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT, under any circumstances, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Tynkr Tools & Co product in any form. You may not share product files or template links publicly or privately with others. You may not provide access to products to clients, teams, or communities. You may not copy, recreate, or modify any product for commercial use or resale. You may not upload any product to a template marketplace, file-sharing site, or public repository. You may not use any product's content, structure, or design to train or develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.
Intellectual Property
All content, structure, design, database logic, formulas, and instructional materials within Tynkr Tools & Co products are the intellectual property of Built by Josh Studio LLC, owner and operator of the Tynkr Tools & Co brand. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation of access, formal infringement claims, or legal action.
No Guarantees
All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tynkr Tools & Co makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, financial results, or any other results from using our products. Our products do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Consult a licensed professional before making any significant decisions.
Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
